UDOIT – Universal Design Online Inspection Tool
The Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool, or UDOIT (“You Do It”) enables faculty to identify and correct many accessibility issues in their MiraCosta Canvas courses. UDOIT scans a course, generates a report, and provides resources on how to address common accessibility issues. It was created by the Center for Distributed Learning at the University of Central Florida.

Note 1: If your course is large and UDOIT requires more than 2 minutes to complete its scan, the scan will fail. If this occurs, select a subset of content to scan rather than scanning everything in the course.
Note 2: some items cannot be examined by UDOIT. These include external documents and some videos/audio files for captioning/transcripts.
