The C3 Teaching & Learning Center was constructed in summer 2018 in the space formerly known as the TIC (Technology/Teaching Innovation Center) and a small conference room.

- External entry is open 24×7 with a faculty fob. This door faces the central quad on the Oceanside campus.

- During library hours, you may also enter from the second floor of the library. Follow the tile to the left rear and pass through two doors.

- Technology Application & Discovery Lab features workstations, scanners, printer, and a soundbooth for high-quality media production.

- Collaboration Studio features a standard smart classroom podium, movable desks, and three monitors for group activities.

- Pedagogical Lounge has informal meeting/workspace.
